It is located in Farmington Vistas which is the safest community because they require all guests to complete a background check application. Since the condo association requires monthly rentals please start on the first of the month end end on the last day of the month.

Born and raised in Danbury Connecticut, Paul and his wife have decided to spend their winters in beautiful Venice Florida. Starting with a condo and then upgrading to a house.
